Foreign Media: Russia Plans To Substantially Increase In Oil Exports To China
Oct 09, 2017

Reuters reported on the morning of October 9th (Beijing Time) - Rosneft, Russian largest oil producer, hopes to raise its oil supply to China by Kazakhstan up to 18 million tons (3.6 million barrels / day), three industry sources said last Friday; the supply in 2017 was about 10 million tons.

This huge increase maybe will greatly affect the supply of Russian mixed oil to European Ural, as Russia is now abiding by the global cut agreement to reduce oil production.
