Minister Of Energy: Kazakhstan Has No Plan To Increase Crude Oil Production

Interfax news agency Moscow, July 20th, Kazakhstan Energy Minister Pozumbayev told reporters that although the OPEC+ agreement has made it possible for crude oil to increase production, Kazakhstan has no production increase plan in 2018 and will remain at present 1.80 Million barrels per day of crude oil production. At the same time, Pozumbayev said that the possibility of increasing crude oil production from next year is not ruled out. The specific increase will be decided and announced at the end of the year according to the production of Kashagan field.
