Shell Will Sell Shares Of The Joint Venture Company In Venezuela

Recently, sources said that Shell is seeking to sell a 40% stake of Petroregiona l, a joint venture with Venezuela's national oil company （PDVSA）, to Maurel & Prom. The move aims to reduce its crude oil business in Venezuela and focus on the natural gas sector.
