The Hurricane Hit, Crude Oil Inventories Plummeted And Oil Prices Rose

Category 4 Hurricane Florence has grown dramatically over the Atlantic Ocean and is expected to begin a tropical storm on the US East Coast this Thursday and may land on Friday. Affected by this, international oil prices have risen.

As of the close of the 11th, Brent crude oil futures closed up 2.2%, and US WTI crude oil futures closed up 2.5%. On September 12th, Brent crude oil was close to US$80 per barrel, and US WTI crude oil futures price rose to US$70 per barrel.
